DIRECTOR, ANIMATOR AND FILMMAKER

Starting out as a freelance animator producing digital art, animation and video/motion graphics for Glasgow's local nightclub and music businesses led to the establishment of one of Glasgow's early 3D Animation houses. Anemotion Ltd. delivered a variety of animation & digital vfx for clients such as BBC, Endemol, Channel 4, The Comedy Unit, Virtual Mirrors, The British Council and Graven Images.

A desire to focus on animation led to a ten-year stint at Rockstar North, where becoming Animation Director and one of the architects of their global animation pipeline. Leading a global production effort on multi-million selling titles such as GTA San Andreas, GTA IV, LA Noire, Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 2 and GTA V.

In 2012, looking toward new storytelling challenges in writing & directing I sought to broaden my understanding of the developments in CG methods outside of game development.

Director & Co-writer of short film 'Spamorama' screened at festivals world-wide and was nominated for best animation at the Norwich Film Festival.

Writer of short script 'Fossils' was a winner in 2016's Impact:50 competition. 

Director of 'Ouija Sex,' an international short-film festival favourite, garnering multiple awards, qualifying for BAFTA nomination.

Recently finished a contract as writer on Build a Rocket Boy’s first game release, currently developing a dark fantasy TV pilot and sci-fi feature.
